Install printer on your device
To use this printer locally on your computer, connect to the local network or the correct Event Wi-Fi first.
Autodiscovery
Bonjour/mDNS should find this printer on the network. Look for .
- Open Settings, then go to Bluetooth & devices (or Devices on older Windows) and open Printers & scanners.
- Click Add a printer or scanner (or Add device) and wait while Windows searches the network.
- If appears, select it and click Add device.
- If the printer does not appear, use Via IP-Address below.

Via IP-Address
- Click the Start menu and type printers in the search box. Open Printers & scanners.
- Click Add device.
- Wait for The printer that I want isn't listed (scroll if needed), then click Add a new device manually.
- Select Add a printer using an IP address or hostname, then click Next.
- Set Device type to TCP/IP Device.
- Enter the printer IP in the Hostname or IP address field, then continue.
- Finish the driver install prompts. You can then print to this printer by IP.

- Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner, then open System Settings (or System Preferences).
- Open Printers & Scanners.
- Click the + button under the printer list.
- In the Default list, select .

Via IP-Address
- Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner, then open System Settings (or System Preferences).
- Open Printers & Scanners.
- Click the + button under the printer list.
- Select the IP tab (globe icon).
- Enter the printer IP in the Address field.
- In Protocol, choose Internet Printing Protocol - IPP.
- Optionally rename the printer.
- Leave other settings as default.
- Click Add.

Bonjour/mDNS uses Avahi on Linux. Look for once Avahi is running.
- Ensure the Avahi daemon (Linux mDNS/Bonjour) is installed and running so printers can be discovered on the local network.
- Open your system's Printers or Print Settings utility.
- Click Add Printer.
- If Bonjour is active, should appear under Network or Bonjour. Select it.
- Follow the prompts to install drivers, or use Driverless / IPP Everywhere if supported.
- If the printer does not appear, use Via IP-Address below.

Via IP-Address
- Open your system's Printers or Print Settings utility. On KDE, go to Settings > Printers > Add.
- Choose IPP.
- Enter ipp://the printer IP/ipp/print.
- Confirm with Continue with Address (or the equivalent), then finish driver selection.
